QuickInvoice Solo
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These terms apply to your use of QuickInvoice Solo, an early invoice and estimate tool for solo service businesses. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Early MVP Status
QuickInvoice Solo is under active development. Features may change, be removed, or stop working while we test demand and improve the product.
No Accounting, Tax, Or Legal Advice
The app helps format invoices and estimates. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, payment-processing, or compliance advice. You are responsible for confirming invoice details, taxes, payment terms, and client requirements before sending a document.
Your Content
You are responsible for the business information, client information, line items, notes, and payment instructions you enter. Do not submit information that you are not allowed to use.
Cloud Draft History
PDF download does not require an account. If you choose to save draft history, you must sign in with Google. Saved drafts are provided as an MVP convenience and should not be treated as your only business record.
Payments
QuickInvoice Solo does not currently process live payments or subscriptions. Future paid features will require separate payment terms before billing is enabled.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not submit malicious content or information you do not have permission to use.
Availability
We provide the MVP as-is and may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
