QuickInvoice Solo
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
QuickInvoice Solo is an early MVP. This policy explains what we collect while validating whether solo service businesses want a simple invoice and estimate workflow.
Information You Provide
You may enter business details, client details, invoice line items, payment instructions, an email address, early-access preferences, and product feedback. You can download a PDF without signing in. If you choose to save draft history, we use Google sign-in through Supabase Auth and store saved invoice drafts on our server.
Information Stored On Our Servers
Feedback forms are stored so we can understand user issues, follow up with interested users, and improve the product. Cloud-saved drafts are stored only after you sign in and choose to save a draft. We also store basic request metadata such as user agent and source page.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand aggregate usage such as invoice editing, PDF downloads, save attempts and feedback submissions. Analytics are used to improve the product and evaluate whether the project should continue.
Payments
QuickInvoice Solo does not currently process live payments or subscriptions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the app, analytics, and database services.
Your Choices
- You can download PDFs without creating an account.
- You can sign out to stop using cloud draft history on a device.
- You can avoid submitting early-access or feedback forms if you do not want server-side storage.
- You can contact us through the contact page to request deletion of submitted form data.
